I’ve enjoyed a fantastic partnership with Candied Foods who last year launched the unique Candied Salmon as a chilled product.
After extensive research and shelf life testing we have now converted this delicious snack to a fully ambient product, dramatically improving its distribution and merchandising options. We are currently tested to 6 months with trials underway to increase this to a year.
For those not familiar… Candied??? Our candied smoked salmon is hand made with maple syrup, honey and demerara sugar to our secret recipe resulting in a super delicious, chewy sweet/savoury snack unrivalled by anything else available!
