Founders Aidan and Lisa Mehigan set out to make new Whiskey traditions for a generation that is challenging the status quo.
They went against the industry trend of making other spirits so that they could focus on creating the best whiskey they possibly could.
Natterjack Irish Whiskey is a unique blend, triple distilled in true Irish spirit and carefully crafted using Irish and American techniques. Their whiskey starts out life aging in ex–bourbon barrels (traditional Irish) and finished in virgin American oak (traditional American), using just the right amount of char before bottling it to capture a unique Irish whiskey.
The resulting taste is smooth, almost creamy palate of orange, orange zest, spice, cedar and notes of tobacco with a clean fresh finish.
